1. About The Pixel Fan

The Pixel Fan (also known as Mundial Pixies 2026) is a free fan companion app for the FIFA World Cup 2026. It lets you pick one of the 48 participating nations, claim a pixel-art avatar called a Pixie, perform cheer animations during matches, and earn fan points. The Pixel Fan is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national football federation, or any official World Cup entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Fan points and virtual items

Fan points are earned by performing cheers and engaging with the app. Fan points and your Pixie are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other benefit outside the app.

5. Future purchases

A paid version of the app may be released on Google Play (currently listed as Coming Soon · $3.99). Any future in-app purchases will be clearly disclosed before payment. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Free features will remain free.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Exploit bugs, cheats, or automation to gain an unfair advantage
• —Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• —Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the service
• —Use the service for any illegal or abusive purpose

Accounts in violation may be suspended or permanently banned.

7. Push notifications

If you opt in, we may send you push notifications related to match updates, new cheer animations, or important service changes. You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser or device settings.

8. Service availability

The Pixel Fan is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees of uptime or continuity. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability. We are not responsible for data loss caused by service interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

All app content — including Pixie designs, cheer animations, graphics, and code — is owned by The Pixel Fan. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission. FIFA, World Cup, and federation names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only for informational context.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pixel Fan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which for free users is $0).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
